Call or fill out our form. Mention the Neighbor Flush Deal and give us both addresses. We'll schedule you back-to-back.

Both Save $49

Each home pays $300 instead of $349. Same service, same quality, same documentation. Just less money leaving your wallet.

Walking Distance

Both homes must be within a 5-minute walk of each other. Same street, same block, same complex.

Same Day

Both flushes happen on the same visit. Our tech does one, walks over, does the other. That's how we pass the savings to you.

Pairs Only

The deal is for two homes. If one cancels, the other reverts to $349. We'll always give you a heads up first.

Full Service

Neighbor Deal FAQ

Talk to a neighbor within walking distance of your home and agree to both get your tankless water heaters flushed on the same day. When you book, mention the Neighbor Flush Deal and give us both addresses. We service both homes back-to-back, and you each pay $300 instead of the standard $349. That is a $49 savings per home.
Both homes need to be within a short walk of each other — roughly five minutes on foot. Same street, same block, same cul-de-sac, same apartment complex. If our technician can walk from one unit to the other without moving the truck, you qualify.
Both homes need to be serviced on the same day, but not at the exact same time. Our technician will flush one unit, then walk over and flush the other. Each service takes 60-90 minutes, so plan for a shared morning or afternoon window.
The $300 rate applies to pairs. If three neighbors want to book together, the first two get the deal and the third pays the standard $349. Want a block party flush? Call us — we love creative arrangements.
If one neighbor cancels, the other home reverts to the standard $349 rate. The discount only applies when both homes are serviced on the same visit. We will always let you know before we charge the full rate so you have a chance to find a replacement neighbor or reschedule.
