If you submit a request outside of business hours, we will call you first thing the following morning. Most new customers hear back from us within sixty to ninety minutes of submitting their form during operating hours. No. Requesting an appointment through our form creates zero financial obligation. There is no trip charge, no diagnostic fee, and no deposit required. The only cost is the $349 flat rate for the flush itself, which is charged after the service is complete. If you change your mind or need to reschedule, there is no cancellation fee. We want you to feel comfortable reaching out without worrying about being charged just for asking.

We need your name, phone number, email address, and service address. If you know the brand of your tankless water heater, that helps us come prepared with the right equipment and documentation, but it is not required upfront. During our confirmation call, we will ask about the location of your unit (garage, exterior wall, utility closet, attic) and any access considerations so our technician arrives ready to work efficiently.

Absolutely. You can cancel or reschedule at any time with no fee or penalty. We understand that schedules change and we are happy to work with you to find a time that works. Simply call us or reply to your confirmation email and we will adjust your appointment immediately. We never charge cancellation fees because we believe you should only pay when you receive the service.
